At FreePoint Technologies, we understand the importance of data-driven decision-making. That’s why our reporting capabilities are designed to provide deeper insights, improve efficiency, and help you stay ahead. Whether you’ve been using our reports for a while or are just exploring them now, we want to highlight some of our new reports and how they can enhance your insights.
The Machine Performance Metrics report was designed to be used by data analysts to determine Operator and Machine performance metrics. It provides discreet performance metrics (per Machine, Operator, and optionally Status Code) that can be fed into and analyzed by other systems, such as ERPs and Business Intelligence tools. Using this data, you can determine your best performing operators either in general or relative to a specific Machine or Job. Alternatively, you could use this data to determine Machine efficiency in general. Here's a look at the types of metrics presented:
- Timestamps and duration
- OEE Scores
- Uptime and downtime
- Cycle times
- Cycle and part counts
- Total Scrap

This new report type uses Machine Definitions to provide users with a comprehensive summary of selected timeframes and machines, grouped by machine and job. The Job Activity Summary report facilitates reporting on activities within specific timeframes (e.g., shifts) to aid in the integration of job performance data into other systems like ERPs. The following details would be included:
- Machine information
- Job information
- OEE scores
- Cycle and part information
- Scrap summary
- Status Code summary
- Operator Time summary
