• Self-service saves you time when resolving common issues; and the secure help center is synced directly to FreePoint's Support Team for additional assistance.
• Your personal account login enables you to:
- submit tickets for a variety of reasons
- when submitting tickets, potential help articles will be recommended.
- monitor existing requests; or view old resolved requests and respond to reopen the ticket if needed.
